A 1965 watercolor city scene by Columbus, Ohio artist Leland S. McClelland (Ohio, 1914-2002). The image depicts a red brick townhome with a colorful tree to the foreground. The piece is signed and dated to the lower right and presented in a wooden gold-tone frame with white matting behind glass. McClelland was a Columbus native and graduated from the Chicago Academy of Fine Art. He worked as a cartoonist for many years before focusing on other arts.
