EBTH is proud to present the estate of Ralph Cobey of Galion Ohio. Affectionately dubbed “Camelot” by Cobey and his wife in 1944, the 1815 log cabin estate was remodeled to resemble Mt. Vernon and over the years, the Cobeys filled the home with fine antiques and collectibles available in this sale.
Mr. Cobey became a leader among industrialists as a manufacturer and as a member of numerous government task forces and committees, he worked with every Ohio State Governor and every President from Harry Truman to George W. Bush. Because of his work with President Eisenhower during and after the war, he and his family were invited to attend both of the presidential inaugurations.
