Upholstered Clayton Marcus Chair

An upholstered armchair by Clayton Marcus. This chair has a fawn maple finish and carved scrolling designs to the crest rail. It features fluted stiles which continue into low, curved arms. The apron is embellished with incised vertical lines and the piece rests upon turned legs. The back and seat are upholstered in beige fabric with light blue flowers and green leaves. The chair is marked ’ Hand Crafted Upholstery by Clayton Marcus’ under the seat cushion.
