1902 Cast Iron "I Made Chicago Famous" Piggy Bank
Item Details
A circa 1902 metal piggy bank. This black cast iron coin bank is shaped like a standing pig, and is assembled in two pieces with a sagittal seam and a flat-head screw on one side. ‘I Made Chicago Famous; Copyrtd’ is printed on one side and ‘1902’ on the other.
Condition
- some overall surface marks and scratches; discoloration consistent with age.
