Harry Maescher Ferguson was born in 1925. His family was part of the Maescher & Co. meat packing company in Cincinnati. He was an interior designer, an artist, and also a publicity director for Gidding-Jenny, Henry Harris and Lillian’s Department Stores. One of his passions was raising Borzois, a Russian wolfhound breed of dog. He founded Warhill Industries, a Borzoi kennel in Cherry Grove. There, he bred and raised Borzois and made many of his dogs into champions. When he wasn’t working, he was traveling the world. This sale is a collection of pieces that he purchased throughout his life and travels. Harry is turning 92 at the end of the month and is ready to share his collection with the rest of the world. Enjoy!
