Signed Oil on Canvas Landscape Painting
Item Details
An original and signed oil on canvas landscape featuring mountains, created in 1971. The landscape depicts a snow capped mountain range, clusters of pine trees, and a body of water surrounded by snow. The illegible artist’s signature is in the lower left corner along with the date, ‘71’. Presented in a gilt frame with a wire to the verso. A paper label is attached to the verso, written in a Slavic language. A descriptive decal for the Genesee Picture Framing Co. in Buffalo, NY is on the stretcher bar.
Condition
- canvas is loose in frame, crazing in some areas of the canvas, small indent from stretcher bar to top of canvas, and frame is mildly suffer and gouged.
