Item Details
A naval scene painting done in oil on board by artist Eugene Melancon. With wide burshstrokes, the piece depicts a ship with many sails soaring about the waves. Item is marked ‘Melanco.’ in the lower right corner. The lower center of the frame back has a sticker, ‘Louis Dillenseger / Successor to A. Haefner / Fine Art Store / 113 E. Genesee St. Buffalo, N.Y.’. Item is ready to hang with metal wire hardware.
