Original Unsigned 19th Century Oil Painting
Item Details
A late 19th century oil painting that has been attributed, by two separate appraisers of the 1960s, to two different artists. One attributes the piece to Thomas Corwin Lindsay (1839 – 1907) and the other to William Holman Hunt (1827 – 1910). Featured is a large depiction of a pasture scene featuring cows, a lake and wide sweeping view of the country side. No restoration is present. Housed in a gold gilt frame. No signature is present. Please take special note of the weight and dimensions.
