A signed ‘American Bald Eagle’ offset lithograph by Larry Felker. The graphic image depitcs a male bald eagle perched on a tree branch, being signed in plate and in pencil by artist to lower right, with title to center and ‘Special Plate’ to left margin. The print is matted under glass and housed in a walnut finish frame with hanging wire to verso.

- tearing to paper backing. Wear to frame.
