A ‘Sculler Safety Corp’ Gun No 2003 solid steel and brass line throwing cannon with raised lettering at the base stating 122 Broad street NYC. The cannon was used to throw lines over ships for rescue purposes, most were replaced on ships by more modern methods by the 1950’s.
