A beautiful Victorian Rococo Revival style antique chair. This outstanding piece enjoys elaborate carvings to the cresting, burl veneer inlay, beautifully carved arms, scalloped front apron with central medallion and heavily turned legs with wooden wheels in the front. Recently refilled cushions and reupholstered with a pale yellow and rose bud patterned fabric. See matched set of side chairs in listing #15CIN081-059.
Condition
One medallion at base of backrest is missing, crack at base of right arm. A few nicks and scratches elsewhere.
