Vintage Seeger Oak Ice Box, c. 1902
Item Details
A vintage Seeger oak ice box, c. 1902 from a butler’s pantry in Haddonfield, New Jersey. The ice box has three white-enameled lined compartments, each with a heavy insulated door that latches with a silver tone lever closure. The left compartment has three wire shelves, and on the right side are two compartments, a tall vertical one, with grated base, and a small square one below. The icebox has brass casters and retains the original tags to both the top center and right side. The ice box appears to have been refinished.
