A vintage stereo optic viewer and slides. The stereo optic viewer was the precursor to motion pictures. When looking through the binoculars at the card, you get a dimensional effect. The stereo optic viewer is black plastic with clear glass lenses and a metal handle. There are seventeen stereo optic cards in color and nine black and white cards. Some of the cards have information or facts on the back, and some of the cards have pictures on both sides. Most have the information of what the card is showing on the front.
Condition
The condition of the stereo optic viewer is fair to good. There is part of it missing but you can still see the effect if you hold up the cards. The handle needs WD 40 or oil because it is stuck in its current position. The cards have some wear due to age and usage.
