Large Turkish Brass Brazier

Item Details

A stunning and beautiful piece brass brazier (or tandoor oven) with large brass tray base features a raised base, separate fire bowl with handles, and topped with a pierced metal cover. A large Syrian star finial to the very top completes the set. No maker’s marks. Estimated age is near the turn of the century.

Condition

- to fair with tarnish and wear to the metal, consistent with estimated age and use. Needs good cleaning.
