From a young age, Charles (Skip) Fleischmann had an inquisitive nature paired with the love of travel. Perhaps initiated by a journey around the world aboard the Camargo yacht with his family at the age of four, he had a genuine interest in anything that piqued his curiosity. He was a life-long learner whose enthusiasm for discovery was equally embraced by his wife. While the Fleischmanns enjoyed curating their collections through worldly travels, they delighted in meeting and supporting local artists and craftsmen in their hometown, Cincinnati, OH. They were also philanthropic to many arts and culture organizations.
