Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis affect over 1.6 million children and adults in the US alone. The causes, as well as the cures, for these diseases are still unknown. The mission of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is to cure these diseases through medical research and to improve the quality of life to those affected by them.
