Everything But The House is pleased to present a curated collection from Patrick Leclair, collector and proprietor of Leclair’s General Store in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
This sale features fine art by artists such as Clara M. Burd and Frederick Dielman, fine furnishings, jewelry, fashion and coveted antiques.
After a decade in New York City working for the Ralph Lauren brand as the director of Visual Merchandising for U.S. stores, Patrick visualized a neighborhood store where one would be united harmoniously with the old world finesse of antiques and nostalgic ephemera with the restful and steady comfort of a gathering space for the local community. Family tradition inspired the name Leclair’s General Store, which opened in Summer of 2017.
While entrusting his team with his goal and vision for Leclair’s General Store, Patrick uses his time as a picker to curate the curios and collectibles one might find in the store, including: expansive antique art collections, antique furnishings, books, sundry items, wine, craft beer, and a coffee bar.
We hope that this sale evokes the feeling of browsing the store itself. For the full effect, perhaps put on your favorite vinyl and pour your favorite brew.
