EBTH is thrilled to present high quality textiles from Rug Gallery’s extensive inventory. A passionate rug connoisseur, owner Sam Presnell has traveled the globe for 45 years to bring cutting edge styles to his clients. He appreciates the painstaking process that is involved in weaving a high quality rug. Those skills are passed down through generations, with many hands touching the same product to create a lasting piece of art. It can take a weaver two years to produce a 9×12, tying 3-6000 knots a day to form the final rug. The process is often a family affair and few are produced in a year’s time. Rug Gallery is parting with some stock to make room for the latest designs. Rugs of special note in this sale are a contemporary Rex Ray design by Samad and a beauty from Jerry Aziz.
