EBTH Chicago is proud to present the estate of Chicago artist Michael Thompson. Michael studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, and began his career by entering a Decorative Kite Making contest, from there his career began to soar. Michael has been featured in sites all throughout the city including Lincoln Park Conservatory and Marshall Fields State Street Store, as well as in the movie, “Batman, The Dark Knight.” Michael has traveled the globe to curate many of these exotic items.
As an artist, Michael works in many mediums, including print making, sculpture, collage and painting. We are excited to present an eclectic sale that explores his collections and includes his own masterpieces.
