This iconic design movement took place between the 1930’s and the 1960’s, creating simple, elegant and functional designs that stood in stark contrast to the ornate and luxurious designs that preceded them. Mid Century Modern furniture continues to be popularized by mainstream media and, ironically, designs once recognized for their affordability and simplicity, are now seen as a bold statement pieces.
