Naval Captains Chair, Late 19th Century

Item Details

An antique black lacquered naval Captain’s chair. This wood chair features a sloped crest rail, a turned spindle back, formed seat, with splayed legs. It is designed with a slightly curled grip on the left arm and no grip on the right arm. Unmarked.

- single grip; finish worn on arm ends; chips to finish throughout.
