A WWII United States Army Eisenhower style field jacket. Constructed of wool, this olive green jacket is a size ‘36R’ which is marked with a cloth tag inside the neckline. General Dwight Eisenhower wore this type of attire during his World War II campaign in Europe. This jacket displays awarded service medals or pins on its interior including crossed riffle, ‘Viligence and Energy’ p ‘Fort Knox Kentucky’ ‘FOE’ ‘A5’ ‘US Army’, and ‘Rifle Expert’ The buttons and snaps are present with ranking and division patches stitched on the shoulders.
