Vintage 10 String Mandolin with an Armadillo Body

Item Details

A vintage ten-string mandolin that in which the back of the body was made is the shell of an Armadillo. There is an inlaid design around the sound hole; the pickguard is applied. There is a piece of paper with a description affixed to the center of the headstock. There is no maker.

Condition

- parts of the Armidillo’s outer shell has flaked off
- small cracks in the sound board
