A collector’s first edition copy of The Tales of Beedle the Bard by J. K. Rowling. This collection features a leatherette faux book which opens to reveal a compartment for a smaller book and offset lithograph inserts. The smaller book is presented in a burgundy fabric pouch with gold tone embroidery. The smaller book features a brown leatherette binding with raised bands to the spine; a sewn-in bookmark; and ornate silver tone metal adornments and latch at its side. The book is said to have been translated from the original runes by Hermione Granger; commentary by Albus Dumbledore; and includes an introduction, notes and illustrations by Harry Potter author, J. K. Rowling. Hermione Granger and Albus Dumbledore are prominent characters in the Harry Potter universe.
