Item Details
A handmade French Aubusson needlepoint rug. This rug features finely hand-stitched needlepoint construction in eighteenth century French styling. The center field is ornamented with flower motifs in shades of pink and beige which are framed by an ornate trim forming the rug’s corner spandrels containing scrolling botanical patterning. The rug is finished with bound edges at each side.
