A painted chest with matching bookcase hutch from Lexington Furniture. The desk, which is in a rubbed white painted finish, has three drawers to the left pedestal all accented with round wooden pulls, a bead trim accent and scalloped base. To the right is a pencil drawer, also with round wooden pulls, and pair of square tapered legs terminating in ball feet, with banded support stretcher. The matching bookcase has an ogee cone with beaded trim and scalloped valance. The bookcase has a bead board back and three fixed shelves. The bottom trim to the back has an wire management opening. Marked.
