A handcrafted German repoussé copper wall plaque of The Merchant Train, given as a gift for a new home. The piece is mounted to a fiberboard backing, and it has a handwritten dedication on the verso, roughly translating, ‘My Dear, it’s been so long since we talked. The picture is for the new home, hopefully you will like it! It’s called ‘Merchant Train’ from a scene of the Middle Ages from a home in Nuremberg.’ and is signed ‘Heimat Nurnbürg’.

- minor discoloration throughout; patina to surface.
