A circa 63 B.C.E. to 640 C.E. Roman-Byzantine period clay oil lamp. This piece, unearthed in the Holy Land, is stored in an acrylic glass display case on an olive wood plinth. It rests in a fitted fabric lined holder to the top of the wood above an engraved plaque. It is accompanied by a Certificate of Antiquity from Arieh Klein Ltd., Jerusalem, noted as Authorized Dealer No. 00040 by the State of Israel, Ministry of Education and Culture, Department of Museum and Antiquities.
