A rare bronze commemorative sculpture featuring The Boy Scouts of America founder, Daniel Carter Beard and a young boy scout created by Cincinnati artist Ken Bradford. The one-sixth scale statuette was created to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the placement of the life-size statue in Covington, Kentucky on April 22, 1988. It was an award issued by the Cincinnati Bicentennial the same year, less than two dozen created. The bronze sculpture is mounted atop a black marble base and is signed just below the hat rim.
