Don Osier was an accomplished wood carver and was awarded Best of Show at the Northwest Wood Carvers annual show in Seattle, Washington in the 1980’s. Since his passing their annual Blue Ribbon award is named the Don Osier award in his honor.
Condition
- light cracks to leg at talons, broken tip of tail feather.
