A lithograph titled The Fallowfield Hunt. Breaking Cover by artist Cecil Charles Windsor Aldin (British, 1870-1935). This polychrome lithograph depicts the start of the hunt with onlookers. Signed, with patent date 1900 within the margins of the art to the lower left. The art is presented in a black resin frame with a gold tone accent, under glass. The reverse includes a wire and it is ready to hang.

Cecil Charles Windsor Aldin (British, 1870-1935) is known as a painter and watercolorist of animal and sporting scenes. He studied at The Royal College of Art and is known for his illustration of books, including Kipling’s Jungle Stories and various magazines.
