An antique Free No. 5 sewing machine quarter-sawn oak cabinet. This rectangular top cabinet with hinged top panel opens to a rising sewing machine storage compartment. The black metal machine is marked ‘Free No. 5’ and ‘Free Sewing Machine Co’ in gold tone font. The machine features decorative Art Nouveau style floral detail. The cabinet features storage compartments to the side panels and includes two solid cabinet doors. This piece terminates on Empire style scroll feet.
