A vintage Prince of Wales Looking Glass wall mirror from Friedman Brothers Decorative Arts. Originally introduced in 1938 as a reproduction mirror in the Williamsburg Collection, this Chippendale style walnut mirror features a crest rail design with gilt Prince of Wales plume. It is designed with a burled walnut frame, with a gilt surround accent, and beveled mirror. The original English made mirror hangs in the West Hall of the Colonial Williamsburg Raleigh Tavern. Marked ‘FB Decorative Arts, New York’ and ‘Colonial Williamsburg.’
