Hermès of Paris "Grand Uniforme" Silk Scarf

An Hermès of Paris silk scarf in the Grand Uniforme pattern originally designed for the French fashion house by Joachim Metz. The scarf features a light blue trim with an off-white field framed by four intersecting swords. A military helmet is depicted at the center surrounded by alternating helmets and sword hilts. “Grand Uniforme” and “Hermès-Paris” are printed in golden yellow. “J.Metz” is printed on the scabbard of one sword and “Hermès” is printed on another. The scarf is finished with hand-rolled and sewn edges
