Antique Game Box
Item Details
An antique leather game box features bone, wood and lacquered tokens and pieces from various board, table and card games such as chess, checkers, cribbage and dominoes. This box was given as a gift as the medallion on the lid is engraved with ‘From Papa to Emilie Christmas 1892’ and the dice cups are scrimshaw engraved with ‘EK’.

Condition
Overall the leather game case has some nicks and tears at the corners. One of the bone dice cups is broken, some of the playing pieces have separated in two , some are broken and not working and all pieces to the various games may not be present. The handle for the drawer is detached but present. The dice cups are monogramed with a scrimshaw engraved, “EK”
