A vintage Meissen Blue Onion porcelain teapot. The piece features hand-painted flowers, leaves, and onions to the white body with a figural blossom serving as the finial to the removable lid and molded flowers accenting the bases of the spout and handle. The teapot bears the blue crossed swords pictorial maker’s mark used by Meissen between 1825-1924. This is likely an early 20th century example.
