A large scale carved wood dog sculpture by contemporary American folk artist, Roy Minshew (20th Century). This whimsical piece features a large chocolate hued dog in mid jump catching a stick. Each body piece is individually carved, hand-painted, and attached via wood dowels. Presented on rebar stand with hand-painted wood base. Piece is unsigned with provenance from Slotkin Auctions.
