A Jay Strongwater’s enameled metal horse figurine is titled, Kuhaylah. It is from the artist’s Highland Fling collection and it crafted with hand painted enamel over metal with hand set amber colored Swarovski crystals. The horse is placed on a black marble base. A plaque with the maker and artist, Jay Strongwater, appears on the underside of the horse. Made in the USA and storage box is included with the figurine.
As a design student at Rhode Island School of Design, Jay Strongwater, found his passion for artistic glass jewelry. He created jewelry fashions for the designer, Oscar De Le Renta in his early twenties and he soon grew his talent from jewelry to home decor accessories and gleaned international fame.
