A vintage hand-knotted Nepalese area rug. This rug features a low-to-medium pile in wool with a tiger stripe pattern throughout in a light sienna-brown and black. The rug is finished with an overcast edge and long natural warp fringe to both ends and with a hidden wrapped selvage to both sides. Coordinates with item number 18COL140-189. Per consignor, the rug was acquired from Ralo Authentic Tibetan Rugs.
