Item Details
A power-loomed Karastan Serapi wool area rug. This Serapi pattern cut pile rug features a center lobed medallion on a berry field with sickle leaves with palmettes. It includes a design with corners spandrels, and two narrow geometric borders and one primary border, in a palette of berry, taupe, green and blue. The rug features a served selvage edge, and sewn on edge fringe. Pattern #736. Marked ‘Karastan.’
