Chinese "Rose Canton" Style Porcelain Footbath on Wood Stand
Item Details
A Chinese Rose Canton porcelain footbath on a wood stand. This oval vessel shaped planter features a colorful and detailed bird, butterfly and floral design to the exterior, with a gold tone accented floral border and rim. The interior features a fish bowl design along the sides and well. The planter includes gold tone painted porcelain end handles, and is designed to sit on a separate wood stand. The underside bears an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark, however, it is a contemporary piece. Also marked ‘Made in China,’ and ‘For decorative use only.’
