An antique sterling silver heart charm bracelet. Hanging from a curb chain link bracelet are a variety of heart charms, some that include round faceted glass and enamel. Many of the charms are engraved with names. There is a single cross charm and a single anchor charm. Together the charms signify faith, hope and love.
