A Chippendale style king size bed frame by Hood Furniture Manufacturing Company. This limited edition Cochran bed features a headboard with broken scroll pediment and central finial above a solid panel. The footboard features a low, straight crest rail over a solid panel with scalloped apron. The bed frame rises on carved block supports with turned finials and block feet. Also includes side rails. The bed frame is marked ‘Hood Furniture Mfg. Co.’ and ‘Limited Edition Cochran Bed No.: SS0572’.
