Antique Marble Top Turtle Table

An antique turtle table. This piece features a beveled top of white marble with gray veining, having an overall oval shape and biscuit corners. The hardwood frame below has a serpentine apron carved with grape motifs, and the table rises on cabriole legs with carved knees, joined at the feet by curling stretchers. The piece is unmarked.
