A vintage, hand-carved wooden nativity set, labeled ‘ANRI’, on affixed stickers and ink stamps, to some figures. The carved and painted stable, features a shingled roof, supported on marbleized columns. The lighted interior has a donkey and cow peering through an arched window, beside a landscape of palm trees. Included are twelve figures, goat, sheep with lamb, cherub angel, baby Jesus and two architectural elements. A penciled inscription reads, ‘Sacred Heart Church, Monroe New York, 1962.’

Condition

- one figure is missing a hand, otherwise in good condition.
