A rare and resplendent antique sterling silver serving spoon made by Shourds, Adcock & Teufel of Chicago. The deeply chased spoon is decorated at the handle and the well of the spoon with lilies, the handle does bear a faint monogram in script to be ‘CL’ but hard to decipher. Shrouds, Adcock & Teufel were extremely posh jewelry retailers on State Street in Chicago from 1860-1908. The spoon is extremely heavy, please note the weight of the silver.
