A sterling silver flatware set by Towle Silversmiths, presented in a wood storage case. These are in the popular Old Master pattern, designed by Harold E. Nock in 1942 and featuring foliate embellishments and scroll borders. The 86 piece set includes fifteen place forks. six salad forks, four seafood forks, twenty-one teaspoons, six soup spoons, three sugar spoons, twelve place knives, twelve butter knives, a ladle, a serving fork and spoon set, a carving set, butter spreader and a cheese server. Each piece is marked as sterling with the Towle name and logo. The combined approximate weight, not including items with non-sterling materials, is 71.210 ozt.
