Vintage Art Nouveau Chest of Drawers

Item Details

A vintage Art Nouveau chest of drawers. This rectangular top chest with beveled edges features a scalloped, incised backsplash and a raised, demilune storage compartment with hinged lid. The chest features burl veneers, carved embellishments, and pierced detail to the four full width, stacked drawers. The dovetail joinery drawers feature decorative hardware. This piece terminates on turned legs and casters. There are no visible maker’s marks. For a coordinating piece, see item 18DAL180-180.

- markings and scratches throughout; small chips to veneer; minor dings and chips on corners; one drawer panel loose; writing to back panel.
