Vintage Chinese Cloisonne Vases with Wood Display Bases

Item Details

A pair of vintage Asian cloisonne vases with dark wood display bases. The vases are designed in a tapered and paneled form with curved and flared neck and base. The vases have a black background populated with an overall floral and foliate design in shades of green, blue, peach and ivory with birds. Each panel is outlined in gilded metal with floral corner spandrels in coral, aqua and white. The interior of the vases is in a vivid shade of aqua. The display pedestals are octagonal in form, with a pierced design and footed base.
