A signed artist’s proof 2014 letterpress print on cream cotton paper with hand-deckled edges by well-listed and world-renowned contemporary street artist Shepard Fairey (South Carolina/California; born 1970), titled Chinese Soldiers. The print depicts two soldiers holding a gun with a rose stuck in its barrel as a dove flies above them. Obey Giant’s publishing stamp is embossed to the lower left, and the print is signed, dated, and labeled as an artist’s proof in graphite to the lower corners. It is mounted to red backing and presented behind glass in a black composite frame with a hanging wire.
